Recently we've had some conflicts with some rules between admins and players that haven't always been clear, this quick post should hopefully clear things out of the way so your GFL experience gets enhanced by about a gorillion:
This has been a debatable topic for long, but this is the current meta every admin follows (or should follow) regarding sprays.
Yes, NSFW plug-in is there, but this doesn't allow you to spray genitals or disgusting stuff.
This set of rules of what you can and cannot spray is what we're still basing ourselves on, even in this more recent thread, the original post by Metroid Skittles on what can and can't be sprayed is still related.
In short, even with the NSFW tag you are only limited to spraying breasts or butts, spraying anything related to genitals IS NOT ALLOWED, unless proper censorship is applied to it (for example, blurring out or pixelating genitals), spraying anything that is below the waist without proper censorship, or spraying anything that's shocking will result in your spray being removed and you'll be asked to either censor it more or to change it, if you keep insisting and you try to play the funny guy by spraying disgusting stuff and blurring it out then you will be revoked of your use of spraying depending on how much you keep on insisting.
(More rules on what you can and can't spray and how to tag your spray as NSFW can be found in the links above.)
2.- "Can I transfer my levels to someone else?"
What does this mean? In maps like Skyrim, Minas Tirith, Feywood or similar examples, players gain levels by either winning stages or picking up other items to level up so they get better/upgraded items, however, it's always been left in some sort of unattended zone whether or not a player can "give" their levels to someone else.
For example, a player gets max level by winning all stages except the last in one of these maps, but then they decide to leave and "give their max level" to another player with the help of an admin via admincommands, this isn't allowed anymore.
If the player who joined wants to have a high level so they can use the item accordingly in the map, they have to join when map begins and play to win their level, if they want to join for last stage then they won't receive any levels from anyone and, sadly, won't be allowed to pick up items if the map relies too much on them (Picking up level 1 heal on Feywood Stage 5, or being unable to take items on Minas/Skyrim due to lack of levels). If you see an admin doing this let us know!
3.- V.I.P. rewards during events
"I won V.I.P. on that super epic Isengard event but I don't want it, can I give it to someone else?"
No. This isn't a super common thing to happen but it still tends to happen every now and then. If you win V.I.P. then you are the only one who will receive it and you cannot give it to someone else, if the other player loses then they won't get the reward, as simple as that.
Only exceptions are when a player who lost/died did something for the others to win, this may still be rewarded depending on what do the admins and I as event manager agree on giving them.
That's about all there is to this really, just a brief quick update to bring the community together like spongecake and icing, because most of us love cake! (I know one or two of you don't like cake because you guys are degenerates)
If you have any further questions feel free to post your reply and we'll answer it!
